Duke V3.0 includes 305 tissues and is based on a resegmentation of V1.3 at higher resolution, a more consistent tissue assignment, enhanced surface processing, and anatomical refinements. Met requirements for unstructured mesh generation are: non-degenerate triangles, smooth surface patches, and water-tight, topologically conforming surfaces. V3.0 presents a limited number of self-interesections. Material assignment is possible using the properties database v2.5 or higher. |
