Cindy Karina was born in Jakarta, Indonesia, in 1994.
She joined the IT'IS Foundation in August 2019 as an Electrical Engineer/RF Test Engineer and started her PhD study with IT'IS in December 2021.
Cindy received her Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering at Purdue University, Indiana US, and earned her Master's degree at ETH Zürich in Electrical Engineering. Cindy also did her master thesis at ABB Switzerland, in which she analyzed the dielectric discharges in air given the influence of humidity. She also has a minor in climate sustainability from Climate-KIC, Europe's largest Institution for climate action.
