Alessandro Fasse

PhD Student

Alessandro Fasse was born in Italy in 1990, but has lived his whole life in Germany, and since two years ago, in Zurich. 

Alessandro has master’s degrees in Physics from the University of Cologne and in Mathematics from the ETH. He is interested in every field of natural science that touches physics, mathematics, and/or computer science, like general relativity, quantum mechanics, fluid simulations, high-performance simulations, quantum computing, machine learning, etc.

Alessandro joined ZMT as a Software Engineer / Computational Scientist in January 2019 to work with the Sim4Life team and joined ITIS March 2021 as a PhD student.
