Luisa Fleig

Luisa Fleig received the M.Sc. degree in mathematics from the University of Freiburg in 2021. She then completed her PhD in electrical engineering at CERN in Geneva in cooperation with the Technical University of Darmstadt.
Luisa Fleig joined the IT'IS Foundation in March 2025. She is part of the MRI implant safety team, which is responsible for assessments according to ISO 10974. Her research interests include applied mathematics, temperature rise simulations, uncertainty quantification, and quasi-static approximations.
