Allan Mancoo

Senior Scientist

Allan Mancoo was born in Mauritius. He joined the IT'IS Foundation in September 2025.

He studied a BS.c in Mathematics and Economics in London, then an MS.c in Cognitive Sciences in Paris and a PhD in Computational Neuroscience.

Before joining IT’IS, Allan worked as a Senior Scientist in a biotech startup, developing novel technologies for disease prognosis from optically derived bio-signals by combining physics, machine learning, and biology.

Allan will be investigating brain network dynamics and exploring how our TI solutions can help steer these networks toward stable, disease-free states. His work sits at the intersection of mathematical modeling and AI, physics and neuroscience.
