Reza Farsi was born in Iran. He joined the IT'IS Foundation in November 2025.

Reza Farsi joined the IT’IS Foundation in November 2025. He received his PhD in Microelectronics from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), where he specialized in RF integrated circuits and magnetic sensors for ESR, NMR, and DNP applications.

At IT’IS, he contributes to projects involving electromagnetics, electronics, and high-frequency technologies. Currently, his focus is on medical devices and applied TI research in collaboration with TI Solutions teams.
