Wireless Power Transfer

 

Ilaria Liorni was born in Italy in 1986.

 

Ilaria studied Biomedical Engineering at the Sapienza University in Rome, Italy. Thereafter, she pursued her PhD in Bioengineering at the Politecnico di Milano, then worked as a research assistant at the Italian National Research Council (CNR), focusing on bioelectromagnetics, EMF exposure assessment by numerical dosimetry and environmental measurements, and stochastic dosimetry based on spectral methods.

In May 2016, Ilaria joined the IT’IS Foundation as a post-doctoral researcher in dosimetry and is, since January 2018, the project leader on wireless power transfer.
