The final NEUROMAN project meeting took place at Zurich 43 on Tuesday, August 13, 2019. The participants from South Korea and Z43 – Ajou University School of Medicine, Dongguk University College of Medicine, DYMSTEC, HCTM, the IT'IS Foundation, and ZMT Zurich Medtech AG – presented their recent results. The long afternoon of presentations and discussions was followed by dinner at the nearby restaurant Reithalle.
The NEUROMAN project has been a successful collaboration that has resulted in the addition of neuro-functionalized Visible Korean Human (VKH) models Yoon-sun and Jeduk V4-0 to the Virtual Population (ViP) library. NEUROMAN will end officially in December 2019; in the remaining months, completion of the first computational monkey phantom as well as a validation study for neuro-stimulation induced by magnetic resonance imaging gradient coils are planned.
Many thanks to all for a productive meeting!
