Today, the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has finally published the overdue IARC Monographs Vol. 102 on ‘Non-Ionizing Radiation, Part 2: Radiofrequency Electromagnetic Fields‘. It is the latest publication from the ‘IARC Monographs on the Evaluation of Carcinogenic Risks to Humans‘ series and represents the views and expert opinions of an IARC Working Group, which met nearly two years ago in Lyon (24-31 May 2011) to evaluate the cancer risks associated with RF radiation.
Niels Kuster from the IT’IS Foundation was one of the invited specialists who joined the working group and mainly contributed to the dosimetry section and in the evaluation of the exposure conditions of the reported experiments.
