Launch of the National Research Programme on risks related to electromagnetic radiation

A new website and information brochure introducing the National Research Programme NRP 57 on risks related to electromagnetic radiation have been published today (Feb 12, 2007). Back in 2004, the Federal Council approved the launching of NRP 57 and mandated responsibility for conducting the NRP to the Swiss National Science Foundation. Until now, 11 out of 36 project proposals have been selected and the research has started in January 2007.
