Sim4Life Featured in the Nano World Cancer Day 2016

The third edition of Nano World Cancer Day, organized in the framework of World Cancer Day, was celebrated on February 2, 2016, with simultaneous press conferences from top Nanomedicine experts across 12 European countries. 

The Swiss event, co-organized by the University Hospital Zurich – represented by IT'IS Foundation Board member Prof. Heinrich Walt – and EPFL, was held at University Hospital Zurich. Nine invited speakers delivered short presentations illustrating the major improvements that Nanomedicine is bringing to the field of cancer care. Esra Neufeld represented the IT'IS Foundation at this successful event with a presentation and an interactive demonstration of Sim4Life, which was very well received as a promising tool for the care of cancer patients. The event ended with a round table discussion, in which Esra Neufeld also participated.
