Niels Kuster Appointed President of BEMS

Niels Kuster began his term as President of the Bioelectromagnetics Society (BEMS) at the annual meeting in San Diego on June 11, 2008 with a call for intense renewed scientific action to reassert and promote the fundamental mission of the society as the premier international resource for excellence in scientific research, knowledge, and understanding of the interactions of EMF with biological systems.

In addition, Niels will organize a platform consisting of the world's leading scientists in BioEM and related fields for in-depth discussion and intensive exchange of ideas and a review of the latest research results at the next joint BEMS & EBEA meeting (BioEM2009) to be held in Davosin the mountains of Switzerland in June 15–19, 2009. (The IT'IS Foundation is the local organizer for this meeting).
