“The triennial meeting remains the heart of our organizations. It allows us to present the research results of our major mission, which is to promote research on the understanding of the interactions of electromagnetic fields with biological systems, and to broaden its technical and medical applications. Meeting attendance at BEMS and EBEA joint conferences has increased steadily over the years, as we have tried to emphasize the broadest possible canvas of excellent work in bioelectromagnetics and its interdisciplinary partner fields including, biology, engineering, medicine, epidemiology and physics. We look forward to continuing this trend at the world famous Congress Centre in the spectacular alpine resort of Davos, which offers many recreational activities and a spectrum of dining and accommodation options. We hope that the meeting will not only be a time for sharing and learning, but also an enriching social experience as it will be a fantastic opportunity to spend a pleasant time with our colleagues from all over the world, to share our mutual interest in scientific topics, and to indulge in the aesthetics of the unique landscapes and gastronomy of Switzerland.”
