The IT'IS Foundation joined forces with the Competence Center Personalized Medicine UZH/ETH to host the Latsis Symposium 2016 on Personalized Medicine at the ETH Zurich, June 27 – 29, 2016. More than 250 attendees assembled to explore a wide range of topics on research and policy in precision medicine with leading experts from clinics, universities, regulatory agencies, and industry. The event closed with a well-attended German-language public event on Wednesday evening, June 29.

NIEHS Press Release on NTP Study of Cell Phone RF Radiation and Carcinogensis in Rats

The National Toxicology Program (NTP) of NIEHS released a report entitled, “Report of Partial Findings From the National Toxicology Program Carcinogenesis Studies of Cell Phone Radiofrequency Radiation in Hsd: Sprague Dawley SD Rats (Whole Body Exposure).” This was a joint study with the IT'IS Foundation.

Twenty IT'IS, SPEAG, and ZMT co-workers convened for two-day retreat, 01 – 02 February 2016, held at the Hotel Frutt Lodge & SPA, in Melchsee-Frutt, Canton Obwalden. The goal of the retreat was to learn how to spot trends and become a trend setter, to master sales, to assess the current status of the organization, and to establish measures for improvement.
