IT'IS Wins Five Student Awards at BioEM2009 Meeting in Davos, Switzerland, June 15–19, 2009

At the 2009 Joint Meeting of The Bioelectromagnetics Society and the European BioElectromagnetics Associations (BioEM2009) in Davos, Switzerland, June 15–19, 2009:

Manuel Murbach won first place for the BEMS Best Student Platform Presentation,

“Evaluation of Artifacts by EEG Electrodes During RF Exposures.”

Manuel Murbach also won first place for the BEMS Best Student Poster Presentation,

“Dosimetric Assessment of C. elegans Exposure In Vivo to 900MHz Electromagnetic Fields.”

Marie-Christine Gosselin took second place for the BEMS Best Student Platform Presentation,

“Hybrid SAR Analysis of Various Human Models in Front of Base Station Antennas in the Frequency Range From 300MHz to 5000MHz.”

Sven Kühn was named the second place winner for the BEMS Best Student Poster Presentation,

“Assessment of the SAR from Hands-free Kits for Mobile Phones.”

Marie-Christine Gosselin also received fourth place honors for the BEMS Best Student Poster Presentation,

“Correlation of the Exposure of Mobile Phones Assessed in SAM by Applying Standard Procedures with the SAR in Anatomical Human Heads.”
